Wesley

I couldn't understand how the years went by so fast in front of me, Wesley had just turned fifteen and Shy was close behind him. Instead of bikes and playing cops and robbers, it was music and cheerleaders.

But my, Wesley did take after my looks, closely resembling an adorable little bunny rabbit. Something I loved to tell him before I got one of his, "Mom, come on! I'm not ten anymore."

Wesley spent his time with his older friend Gino, funny enough, Gino Lane. Jake's son. Though it didn't bother me anymore, one look to Tyler or the kids and I realized how happy I was I didn't marry Jake.

Wesley took his big brother role very seriously, helping (doing) with Shy's homework.

Or spending time making little Leah laugh.

Not only was Wesley making friends with the Lane clan but Shy had also took it upon herself to make friends with Jake's younger son Leon. But I knew as soon as they entered junior high and girls gained cooties and boys got gross their friendship would slowly dissipate. I mean I hope.
